Mitel sx2000 Trunk card Mc340 lights goes on

Hi
We have a customer with Mitel Sx2000 Red units all cabinets are DC.
Recently all Trunk card Mc340 alarm lights goes on (Red and Orange). When we restart, the system lights goes off. After sometimes it'll come on again.

I thought they did that if the card was configured but none of the channels were programmed.
