Mitel SX2000 passwords

Does anybody know how to get access to a Mitel SX2000 if the login and passwords are unknown? I have recently purchased one of these units from the "gray" market, but it didn't come through with this information (or the MOS sheets).

You probably want to look for a Mitel forum. This forum is associated withe the Nortel Norstat product line. There are probable some pros on here that can still answer your question if they work both product lines.

If the system is defaulted the user name is system with password of sx2000. If it's not defaulted then you might be out of luck.

Defaulting the system with out the MOSS sheet wouldn't leave you any better, and in fact would make things worse for you.

I would not expect an Mitel dealer to assist you, as Mitel will not help the dealer, unless they re-register the system with a new company. That becomes very expensive.
