mitel sx2000 Extension calls drop

Hi good day all, I have been having an issue with an sx 2000 where call to extension on the system drop. Its also affecting calls coming into the system from the trunks. The call simply just cut off during a call. Your assistance with this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
 
Check your maintenance logs and let us know what you see.

Are there any alarms on the system? Not sure how well you know the SX2000 but use the 'show status alarm' and 'show fault alarm' commands

Also use the MSS, DBMS check full and PCM Total commands

Does the fault only occur on external calls? If so, use the DTSTATs command on the digital link (if PRI in use), an example will be DTSTATS READ 3 1 2 1 last 24, this will show the stats for the last 24 hours on the digital link at 3 1 2 1, look for slips and a duty cycle that is not 100%

If internal calls, are the problem devices located on one DNIC, ONS card or peripheral cabinet?

Is it just a single system or Clustered enviroment?
