Hi everyone
I need some help (if possible) for a Mitel Sx200.
The systems was installed under some CO lines (regular , on copper , 48V )
Now, the client change the provider and the external lines are supplied via some FxS's
The problem is the system is not recognize the ringing signal from the PSTN
I tried a few setting in the CO circuit option (foe example - not an CO line yes/no , ringing timer etc ) but none of these setting not working.
If I connect a GSM gateway line (analog of course ) the system is ringing well.
Any ideas how I must setup the CO lines inside the PBX in order to recognize the ringing signal from an FxS?
Or if you know something about changing ringing detection properties please help me .
The telco provider use an OneAccess devices with 8 x FxS on it and , usually, they don't change so easily - so any help of how you fixed situations like that will be very appreciated.

Thank you very much
Dan

Pull the Trunk Card and observe the flea clip (Bridging Clip)setting for each port

The Clip will be shorting 2 pairs of pins. There will be lettering on the cct board for an L and a G

This determines if the setting is LOOP start or GROUND Start.

In all likelihood, you require LOOP Start
