Mitel SX200 with Teleworker Lic Issues

Hey Guys!
Here is my issue...

I have a sx200 with a telework/MBG running MSL 9.2.25 and MBG 6.1.9.0. This has been installed as a VM on esxi 5.5. The system is running perfectly. The phones will connect to it. It is sync'd with AMC. But I have no LIC showing. According to the re-seller I have 5 lic's available but they will not download into the MBG. The screenshot of his side shows 1x Teleworker Starter Kit: 5 client access licenses. and under options summary it shows MBG licenses 5

I know there is some debate on where this should run as a VM or as a physical machine but i don't see how that will affect the lic's coming down to it. I woudl expect that to affect the whole operation of the box.

Any thoughts are welcome!

The licenses are tied to a hardware ID. In the case of a virtual system, the software generates a GUID. If your system is virtual and the software is not supported on virtual then I see every reason why you might be having this issue.
