Our Mitel SX200 running lightware 17 has an issue where when you are terminaled into the PBX and working in the CDE forms it will lock up. If you close out the connection and try to re-terminal in it does not respond. But the switch functions. The last time this happened, once before, i had to hit the reset button? Any ideas what could cause this? Is there another way to fix this other than resetting it by the button.

There was issues in some of the loads in LW 17 and 18 with terminal lockup but that was normally only when used in conjuction with my administrator. It was fixed in one of the later LW18 loads but I can't remember which one. If the problem keeps happening you may have to upgrade to a newer load.
When you are connected is there anything else connected to another maint port, like a modem for RMATS? This could also cause a problem is things are not sett right. Also if you are connected to a maint port on a per node the terminal is unreliable at speeds above 9600.
