Mitel SX200 phone swap

How do I do a phone swap in the SX200? I have done it on the SX2000 using the command line, but I don't know if the 200 has a command line, or how to access it, and if it would even be the same command...

I have a user that moved, and think a swap would be faster/easier than actually rewiring.

Assuming it's an SX200 AX ICP 5.0.2.12

Login to the PBX
Go to Form 9
Arrow down to the first extension
At the bottom of the screen click on Show CESID. Show CESID will change to Show MAC
Click on show MAC. The MAC addresses of all IP phones will appear in that column.
Write down the MAC addresses of both phones so you'll know which extension to assign each one to.
Zero out the both phones MAC address by typing in 12 0's.
Press ENTER to save changes.
Now go to the first extension and enter the other phones MAC address. Press ENTER.
Go to the second extension and enter the first phones MAC address. Press ENTER.
This should complete the phone swap.
Click Exit to log out of the system

Extension programming should be swapped.

Assuming it is not IP you need to move the first station to a vacant/temp port, then move the 2nd station to the first position and finally move from the vacant/temp port to the second position.

Is there not a swap command on the sx200?

For IP phones, there's a FAC called IP Set Replacement and IP Set Registration. I've never been able to get them to work on the SX200.

There is no swap command on the 200

There is a move commend but you can only move to an empty cct

It's similar to how you might swap different set types on a 2K.
