Mitel SX200 ICP Onboard LS Class Trunks

Has anyone experienced one way audio using a Mitel SX200 ICP Onboard LS Class Trunks with Comcast lines? Inbound calls work fine, outbound calls gets no ringing but if its answered, there is no audio, dead silence like its not connecting.

when you test, make sure you stay one the line for more than 20 seconds. There are some pseudo answer timers that may be causing the issue
