We have a customer site that is a hotel with a 2 cabinet SX200ML lightware 19 and needing to forward reservation calls to remote reservation answering service. We have set this up on other sites with no issue. For this site the call routes through externally but the audio cuts out almost in a static pattern of 3 seconds on and 3 seconds off. We have isolated this to any external forward. If we forward to internal ext no issue. If we call the remote number direct, no issue. These are loop start trunks from ATT. We have tried other trunks from our own VOIP service on an ATA and same issue. We have tried to forward to multiple numbers and same issue. I am pretty sure we have tried to swap every piece of equipment that could relate to this- LS/GS card, BCC, FIMs, Cabinet, Stratum, Lightware 19 flash card and cant clear the problem. We have tried a full reload from backup. Any help would be appreciated if you have ever ran in to this issue.
