I am tightening security on a customer's SX200 embedded voice mail after toll fraud occurrences where the operator destination was used to redirect calls from an onsite ring group to Dominica yesterday and to the Cayman Islands today. Yesterday, I secured the Operator Mailbox password and the Administrator and Manager passwords to the Admin Mailbox. After today's re-occurrence, I learned of the Technician's Passcode to the Admin Mailbox. I have not been an authorized Mitel dealer since 2012 and have no access to the resources on MOL. I do maintain about two dozen of these systems, mostly in hotels, and would really like to learn both the technicians deafualt passcode and how to change that passcode via TUI or using putty on the maintenance port. I understand that you can't post that info here because the bad guys cruise these sites and for all you know, I'm one of them. If anyone has this info and has the willingness to take the time to somehow share it with me, I would very much appreciate it. I am the owner on record of a cross connect company and also have a contractors license.
