The power went out earlier today and I've tried everything I can think of to get this phone system going. We don't have the Console 1000, and I only connect via tcp/ip through telnet (which now doesn't even work).

All 3 Alarm LED's are flashing (major, minor, critical) and I can't find any info on this box doing this in my documentation. Anybody know what this means or where I can find this info?

Thanks,

Pierre.

Assuming this is a SX200ICP, You need to connect to the maint port on the system and observe the boot sequence and any errors that you might be getting.

At a guess, you've lost the hard drive or flash module.

What type of serial cable do I need for this?

I'm guessing that whoever set this up never left us a cable for this.
