Hello I have been recently stuck with maintaining a sx200 analog switch. What is involved in adding a superset line card? This switch has nothing but analog line cards. Can anyone help. Thanks

You cannot add a superset line card which is digital to a sx200 analog.

What caard do I need to add to met a multiline phone to work. I thought it was a 410 card.

you can add a super set card to an analog switch. it will go into any black labeled slot. you must go into extended programming to set it up.

SW level is pretty important.

If by superset card you mean COV (8 port) then maybe.

If you mean 12 port Digital line card, unlikely.

it will work on the 217 generic software. get the cov card.

I appreciate everyones help. The card that I purchased was a 9910-410-000. All the other cards are 9910-110-000. Is the 410 card the right one and if it is, does it need to go into a specific slot. Also I know that all programming is done at the console, which programs do I need to go into to activate this card. The customer wants only one multiline phone to work in the managers office. Currently there is a single line phone. Also I noticed on the analog phones that the flash does not work. Is this option 181 and 182. Thanks. If you would like to e-mail me at bilpc2@insight.rr.com or call at 614.554.1596 it would be okay.
