Hello,

I have been trying to find a solution to this, and have been hitting brick walls anywhere I go. I have no experience with Mitel at all, and the best advice I've gotten so far is "Run!"

Currently on all the phones but the console, you can only call local. No prefix numbers at all, (800, long distance, etc). The customer would like to turn of all toll restriction on one extension, 401.

I have found "Call Block", but I am not sure what it does, and from what I've read it seems to affect all extension. Any tips on how to do this, or at least where to look to find out how?

As i've said, I have no experience with this system at all, so as much help as you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I need help setting up COS 1 to restrict toll calls on all Mitel SX-50 extensions. Can someone give me some direction? I was an installer, but due to an accident I now have a mild brain injury and am having a tough time going through the manual these days.

It's been a while since i've done this, but it seems like I couldn't figure out how to change the COS settings. What I ended up doing was the phone that needed to make long distance calls, I added to another COS that allowed long distance. If I remember correctly I added it to COS 1. I don't remember what I moved it from, but it was a COS that had toll restriction.

I know it's not much help or direction, but it's the best my memory can offer at this point!
