I can establish a conference call by placing one call to another extension or outside party, put it on hold, place the second call and hit the addheld softkey and have all 3 parties on the call. My problem is I cannot hear either of the other parties. They both can hear me and the last party added can hear the first 2 parties, but the second party can only hear the first party.

My customer swears they have done it before and everyone could converse. Nothing has changed in programming, but I am unable to find anything in programming. I am about ready to reset the system.

Thanks

You have provided very little info and helping at this point requires too much guess work.

My assumption is we all have been waiting to see if your system reset corrected anything.

To proceed please provide:

System type - Provided
SW Version - Not Provided
Set Type - Not provided
Trunk Type - Not Provided

Well I didn't reset the system yet. It is a large hotel and restaurant, resetting is my last option.

It is 4.0.1.20
Using a 4025 and can conference in another 4025 or 2 analog extensions, or an external call over a PRI, but being it can happen with just internal calls my PRI settings shouldn't have anything to do with it.

Like I stated I can setup the conference call, but I am unsure if there is any CLOS option I am missing, I can't find anything regarding one way audio for conference calling.

If noone knows of any options or settings. I will reset the system.

Using DNIC sets eliminates a lot of possibilites (one way audio on IP sets is relatively common)

Do you have any maintenance logs indicating issues with receivers?

I would say a reset will be required.

I reset the system on saturday and that cleared the audio problem.
