First off I didn't program the original ACD. I found the manager mailbox where my 2 greetings are recorded. Greeting 001 and 002. In my ACD paths, recording one points to a target #1498 and recordings 2,3,4 point to target #1499. My problem is I do not know how the target # gets translated to the greeting #. My customer wants to add 2 more greetings, so they can have a different greeting played at each interval. I am unsure of how to create the target # and point it to the new greetings. Actually recording the new greetings should be easy, using 003 and 004.

Secondly, my customer wants to know if I can have 2 different ACD recordings, 1 acd for during the day and 1 for night. Is this possible?

Thanks for any help

figured out the target numbers, pointed to a hunt group, then to a voicemail port, then to a rad greeting, then to the actual greeting number in the adminitrator mailbox.

I still am unsure if I can have the acd group operate during the day with certain greetings and then at night use other greetings.

Any help is appreciated

I am assuming that you are using Embedded Mail for Rad greetings. Please provide such details in the future.

Embedded mail does not have time of day messaging for RADs.

3 options
- Create new ACD queue for night that is pointed to different RAD
- Use a different application for RADs such as Intelligent Queue.
- Leave as is.
