I have a Mitel SX-2000. I tried to move swap 2 number but it said the directory number is not allowed. I know both extensions use the same phone. I went into the directory list and looked at both extensions. One has a #Typ listed as Int, the other is listed as S/C. Does that make a difference? and if so, How can I change the number type?

Thanks everyone for your help!

S/C is a speed call I believe.

Use maintenance command - locate number XXXX

That is correct. The number refers to a system Speedcall.

Is there a way to find out what extension the speed call dials? and if I do a move swap with those two extensions, would that accomplish my goal?

Nevermind. I thought about my question and answered it on my own. lol sorry.
