I will start with I am not a Mitel guy. I have limited Notel phone system exp and thats it. Mianly programming and such. I have a hotel where I take care of the high speed internet. They run a Mitel sx-200 with a miytel 1000 console. Thye have a T1 coming in where they use half for phone service and half for internet. Off the Dmarc is a device connected by and rj 45 cable. It has an L connector to the punch down block and the other goes to my cisco router used for internet service. We had a storm last night, all was well. This morning at 8am the phone and internet went down. I call Cinergy the provider and they said they could not see th gear. Dmarc had a red light on rc or rlc. Trunk lights were also on alarm. I left and tech came out a few hours later. He said his outburst 1224 was bad.( device which splits the T) He replace and found some weird issues. Once he placed bars on punch down block to Trunks the outburst device would lock up. He start addin lines one by one after restarting and found phone line 4,5,6 would cause the issue. We left these unhooked and all is well. Hotel was busy so we left it at that. If I hook those lines up I get a PRI Sync error on the console. I currently have errors on the following cards.

I have login info but didn't have a laptop with a serial connector with me.
Any suggestions?
