Hello,

Sorry if this has been answered else where but my Googling has produced nothing.

Currently running SX-200. At 5pm our secretary switches her phone using feature key Day/Night. All incoming outside calls are then forwarded to extension 7003 which plays the night message. My supervisor want to have a different message played for holidays. I have setup a new VM extension (7004) and after much research have discovered that under Form 19 for the proper tenant group there is a N2 field for our which our secretary can select(?) using her feature key.

My current problem is that I cannot change either the DAY, N1 or N2 field for that tenant group. I have taken over the administration of this system with little current knowledge of the CDE programming so any help would be extremely appreciated!!

You might be better served to use temporary greetings in the VM

They replace the existing greeting for a specific time period that is defined when recording.

I kinda figured I was barking up the wrong tree. What is the Night2 option for?

Alternate ringing modes

It can actually be used the way you've asked but that would not be common as there are simpler methods to accomplish your goals.

Most companies only require open and closed

Some require alternate mode typically for the Switchboard operator is not here but we are still open (night bells)

For your goals, just using temporary greetings should suffice.
