Mitel switches and Oracle Contact Center Anywhere

We are just trying to setup Oracle Contact Center Anywhere (CCA) connected to a cluster of Mitel switches - connected via a 3300 providing the SIP gateway.

We can make a call with CCA to an extension but if we then transfer this call - we get one way transmission. Also if make an external call we get one way transmission.

Anyone got any ideas or what we can check?

One way audio on SIP devices for external calls was that the RTP packet size is too large. In the sip device that needs to be reduced to 20ms
