At work, our second of 2 front-desk phones has stopped receiving calls. When an incoming call comes in you cannot pick it up from this phone. The phone still accepts transfers from the other phone and can dial out, it is just the key which once let us pick up the incoming call now no longer does that. Help!! this seems like a programming issue.
