We recently purchased an updated Inn-Form XL to be used to integrate our PBX with our PMS. What I need is to set it up so that the maids can punch in the codes for clean rooms when they are done. I'm not sure how to do that. The PBX seems to be working, as it records all calls being made and it shows the guest's name on the display. I just need to know what the housekeeping codes are to dial in to change the rooms from dirty to clean. Or where to go to set that up. We have to dial a 9 to get outside so I don't know if the maid has to dial 9+something? Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you!

System type is important

The codes need to be programmed when the system is installed. There is no way to tell you what code to dial as they can be almost anything.

Assuming SX-200 - go to form 2 and see what is programmed for feature 35

That code followed by a single digit is the Maid Status.

The PMS system gets configured to say what status is represented by each single digit.
