Mitel Software Downloads

Hi Guys, anyone have difficulties downloading software (specifically the new MSL for MAS 5.0 and other blades) from MoL? Keep getting an access denied message.

Good, I thought it was something sinister about my account. I will log a ticket and let you know what they say

So Mitel Tech were no help.....'are you using IE?', 'yes', 'We can access so it must be OK speak to your account manager'.

Tried one more time just to make sure and it worked????

What I have now found is that for every 5(ish) failed attempts you get 1 that works. Also it wont let me download more than 1 item at a time.
