Our security personnel are having trouble switching forwarding profiles on 5330 phones. Not that it is hard, but they keep messing it up and asking if two of the soft buttons can be programmed to switch forwarding. The two numbers they are forwarding to are the cell phones of the supervisors, so they are external. Is there a way to put Call Forward profile buttons on the main screen? The only method I have found so far still requires then to go into the profiles, change profile, then trigger it. They want so they can press a button that switches forwarding without having to go switch profiles. I tested feature codes, but programming a button with **56 as a User Speedcall does not work. Any help would be appreciated.
