Mitel SMDR Data Fields - R Code 1

Hi - I am trying to work out what the codes in the trans conf fields mean. In particular the R code - I am guessing that it is Reseize but need confirmation if anyone can help

I am running MICC v8.1 - Pic attached of the field with the code

It means the caller has been requeued.

You can find the Summary of SMDR fields via the help files.
System Application > General Business Solutions > SMDR > Description > Summary of Fields Table

Requeued is where the call rang on an agent and then they were logged ou ( or made busy or absent) when they didnt answer
- the call goes back to the queu and a R record is created

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
