Mitel SIP Softphone

Hi,

Does anyone know a good solid SIP Softphone for a 3300 Cxi user, running 9.0? Mitel referred me to Counterpath, but their customer service is terrible.

I have used the x-lite from Counterpath, what customer support did you need? Worked right out of the gate for me.

Well I have called sales and they were too busy so it went to voicemail. They have not returned my call (it's been 3 hours). I called again and was transfered 3 times and finally I got a person but he was in Eurpoe so he told me to call back in and ask for Tiffany. Tiffany is on vacation........

Anyways.... I just wanted to know the pricing..is it one individiual seat + windows site ?
Do I need a windows site license?

Have you tried this witha 3300? What s/w version?

I used X-lite which is free...limited apparently, but free.

Works with MCD4, took a minute to setup. Made a video call the other day, no problems.

X-lite is free. the paid client is ( I think ) Brie and the pricing is on the web site.

Have used both and they work fine. Dropped YA as a teleworker softphone and now use X-lite.
