Hi All,

I'm trying to group extensions and free DIDs, under the group a DID belongs to several "subextensions" but, is there a way when I received an external call to that DID, an option for the user to select the extension appear?

I have a MXe-III PBX.

thanks!!!!!

Depending upon voicemail used, you could route it to a menu with options

Route DDI to an AA and (as long as there are no more than 8 extensions) use "dial one for 'number or name or support or whatever" also remembering that you can also use if you know the extension number dial it now and dial 0 for the operator. There may be other ways to use a multi level AA as well to take into account unused DDI's but possibly better to list them under a separate AA so as to be able to give more options. A lot depends on whether the unused DDI's are consecutive....
