Mitel SCR: Secure Connector Discarding messages

Hello,

I have an issue in Mitel Secure Connector Server, some messages are lost, I have check the linux server running scrc service and found:
- service scrc is consuming 150% of CPU
- scrc log show this line:
@4000000052832b7a17468cac 27542 messages discarded; insufficient credit(27542)(20/200) / queue full (0)

When you ask for help you should always supply sufficient detail such as software load of the SRC, sytem its attached to and the load of the system you are attached to. Might also help to state what recorder is interface to the SRC. Have seen issues with high CPU usage in the past on certain loads. Not sure if this is the case this time. Not sure what the log is saying. Maybe product support is the way to go. Finally what kind of server hardware are you running?

Hi,

SRC is running Mitel Networks Server 8.12.15.0 on on IBM System x3650 with 1 quad core Xenon CPU, 8GB RAM
there are about 70 mitel phone devices connected to it.
We have Mitel 3300 MXe
the average load on SRC linux system is about 1.5 to 2.0, CPU usage of scrc is more than 115% always

we have 2 Recording servers both are running Speechlog from Globitel
