With MBG internal v9.4.0.29 used for SIP trunking

Hi all
Have come across an issue with a SIP telco intermittently rejecting the sip registration refresh process with error 403
The MCD log shows a message along the line off... "registrar fail to register due to incorrect username and/or password")

When this occurs the MCD stops attempting to re-register the trunk until I intervene and manually restarting the trunk.

I have spoke with telco support and they advised, on rare occasions during the registration cycle, received SIP credentials do not reach the back end user account server in time to action and the gateway equipment times out waiting and then sends a 403 message to customer equipment. They also advised a fix is in the pipeline and will be rolled soon...

In the meantime is there are any settings I can check / change in the SIP peer to get around the issue...
At the moment the registration timer is set to 3600 seconds / 50% refresh cycle to reduce the number of refresh cycles
