MItel Reseize timer

Hi - I am running MiVB v8 and have some EHDU that this morning are randomly getting put in to a Reseize timer. From what I can see this happpens when the system thinks that the ACD agent is on an external call to the system but they are all adamant that this is not the case.
I have lowered the timer to 4 seconds for the reseize timer to see if this helps but does anyone have any thoughts on this?

we had something similar
are you using answer confirmation ?
if the mobile is busy and an acd call is trying to deliver to the agent then it will go into resieze

i think on ours we put timer 30s on agents and maybe cos of acd patch and trunks
it means that if a failed attempt happens then they are only on resieze for 30s

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Thanks for the reply and sorry for the delay in getting back to you - We dont use answer confirmation - I have lowered the reseize timer to 5 seconds now!
