Mitel Phones Compatibily ?

I wonder if it is possible to connect phone Alcatel Lucent IP phones on a 4208 Mitel 3300 IP PBX ?

If they're SIP capable phones, maybe, assuming they are compliant with the right RFC's.

I'm thinking the Alcatel 4028, 4038 and 4068 phones have proprietary firmware loaded in them, via vx works/wolf river...I think that's what boots up...you might be able to change it...

I've just connect one of them to my LAN, there is no connexion.

Have you any ideas how I can change the Firmware ?

I don't have that information...sorry, it has been too long since I have programmed the OXO or the Alcatel IP phones.

Try Google, there is a huge amount of info there.
