Mitel Ops Manager "A Security Violation has occurred" error

I basically made a vmware image of our old Ops Manager box and upon booting the new vmware one with a the same MAC address.
When I go to Internet explorer and try and launch the Ops manager gui I get

OPS Manager Startup Error
A Security violation has occurred. Please see Application log for detail.



Any help would be greatly appreciated as to why this is happening.

I just looked int he back of the old pc and notice a parelle port dongle, im betting thats why this is having the issue.
I have to find a ware to get that on a server via usb in vmware and for vmware to notice it.
