Mitel Office 250 (5000) Xarios Phone Manager Missed Call Issue

Hi All,

We are having an issue with Phone Manager whereby the missed calls are not showing up in the users call history screen.

If you right click the Phone Manager tab then the calls show up on the tab but still not in the call history screen within Phone Manager.

According to all the docs they should.

Has anyone seen this before?

Xarios said it will be an issue until we update to 4.1 which has been completed but now they will not support and we have to go through Mitel, which we all know is a ball ache!

I will raise a ticket but hopeful someone has seen it?

It's an even bigger pain if you was only certified on App Server 3 because Mitel won't support you and you have to pay to do the update! (a bit ridiculous in my opinion)

It only displays missed calls to extensions direct to the extension, not to calls to hunt groups with the extension in. Have you checked DDI calls?

We did try sending the call direct to the extension and same result. Dialled and received calls are fine but no missed.

It does not make sense as it is receiving the information when you right click the Phone Manager Icon the number is in the list.

This product is crazy!
