Mitel Nupoint MWI not creating Callback-messages

We run:
NuPoint Messenger V11.0.2.18
3300 MXe v8UR5
5340 IP Phones

NuPoint main Line Group of 25 lines
NuPoint Message Wait line group of 4 lines ("DTMF to PBX Dialer")

Normally, when a user receives a voicemail message, a Callback-messages is sent from NuPoint to the station.
When the user presses the flashing MWI-button, the callback-message is displayed, with the DN of the NuPoint mail Line Group as callback-number.

Lately, however, frequently the MWI button starts flashing, but no callback-message was sent. Pressing the MWI-button displays "No Messages". This doesn't happen all the time, though.

Hopefully someone can help me get the Callback-messages back from NuPoint!

The message waiting type is wrong.

You should be using the Mitel Mitai Message waiting type.
