I have a customer with a mitel nupoint. When you enter the VM hunt group DN it takes you to the message center and not to their mailbox. That even happens when they have a message on their phone. But, when you press the message key, it will take them into their mailbox (as long as they have a message.) Our lab nupoint which is a different release will take the phone directly into the phones mailbox when the VM hunt group DN is entered. What am I missing?
