Mitel Nupoint 7.0 error (emul,vmemo)

Hi,
I have a mitel nupoint 7 system and for 2 days I have a problem voice mail dosnt answer all the time, I check the log report and I got this erros:

00986(vmemo ) 09/05 8:11:05: SOFTKEY: String 25 not found in menu 6

00986(vmemo ) 09/05 8:08:58: SOFTKEY: String 2 not found in menu 0


any ideas on what I can do or where I can find more info on this error or how to fix it?

you don't say what PBX you are connected to.

If Sx-200 i would make sure softkey options and option 604 are not enabled in the COS of the VM ports.

If 3300/sx2000 I would check turn off the Multiline automatic line and softkey options.

I use Mitel sx2000, the system was working fine until 2 days ago, no body modifies the files I'm the only person who manages the system.

Dunno about the "emul" error, but the SOFTKEY ones are related to Softkey options presented to the higher end display sets. Have you recently added any? There's an FCOS bit that relates to softkeys, in addition to the COS features on the PBX. Unfortunately I don't have a manual in front of me and I can't remember which FCOS bit it is.

I add 2 more phones 4025 but that was like a month 1/2 ago, and we have those type of phones already i just exchange 2 430 for 4025.

Thanks all, I check the FCOS on one of the boxes that I add to a menu and it was wrong, I modify the callbox today and will check for errors tomorrow.
