Mitel NSU L0 and L1 disconnects from Trunks at same time everyday 11:00 am until 4 pm

Every day at 11:00 am until 4:00 pm our L0 and L1 lights on the NSU go orange then green then back to organe trying to connect to our Trunks - which they dont until 4pm. I have had 2 technicians (one technician that deals with the equipment) and another technician that deals with the telephone system. The mitel technician says its not the controller or nsu as we have swapped it out. The telephone technician says its not their equipment. What could be causing our nsu to disconnect from the trunk lines on a daily basis at the same time? HELP!

Some systems have an option to bar calls during certain times, aka cleaner mode.
Could something like this have been set and caused the issues?

Lets say it is set up to call bar at certain times how would i disable this?

what system and software level is NSU connected to?
MS and ST LED's states
L0 and L1 LED's (left and right)
ie right side - yellow with left side - flashing green = Alarm indication from far end
system maintenance logs and alarms
IMAT maintenance logs
