Every day at 11:00 am until 4:00 pm our L0 and L1 lights on the NSU go orange then green then back to organe trying to connect to our Trunks - which they dont until 4pm. I have had 2 technicians (one technician that deals with the equipment) and another technician that deals with the telephone system. The mitel technician says its not the controller or nsu as we have swapped it out. The telephone technician says its not their equipment. What could be causing our nsu to disconnect from the trunk lines on a daily basis at the same time? HELP!
