I am new to this and will need to know it in and out soon for a call centre.

There is no Installation guide available on MOL. All the other user guides/and or release notes tell me to read the dedicated Navigator Installation Guide found on EDocs. I cannot for the life of me find it.

I have found out how to install the task bar Application for it.
I have also found a few user guides which are just that.

I would like a guide on how to configure the application/navigator for customer needs...

Can anyone help?

Also has anyone worked with these sets? Any hints and tips? They will be used on a CCM environment.

I use the Navigator. Don't use the ION software.
Firt thing you have to do is enable the phone to use the software. Do this by holding the up and down arrows, releasing the down arrow and entering "234". This will put you in the conf mode of the phone. Hit "no" until you get to "Tools and Features" and say yes. Say "no" to Erase Pin (not what you want) then say no until you get to "Task Bar Setup" and say yes. Change to "enable". Next is the password. I've no idea what the default password is and am too lazy to look it up so I just enter a new one. Press the down arrow to save it and reboot the phone.
Next, load your software. You'll need to know the IP address so press the button furthest to the right on the phone. It should show the IP of the set. The software is pretty straight forward. Don't forget you'll need the license.

By licence do you mean an ip user & device licence?
