If so, Can anyone use it on their system and where is it available?

There are lots of small wav/mp3 files for free on the internet. If you search kwbMitel's posts, you will see how to convert them using Windows sound recorder to the specific wav options required for Mitel.

we also have a copy of that infamous beatles track here in this part of the world. some guys use it but I refuse. made up my own and seems to be a hit with customers. no pun intended.
