MITEL - MOH for internal holds & transfers

Hello,

I am new to Mitel and need to make changes but cannot find where I do so. HELP!!

Our MOH is working perfectly for any outside calls that come into the property, however if people are transferred internally they don't hear the hold music. It is the same if we call each others extensions and are put on hold. Its just dead air.

Need to fix asap but cannot find where I configure this.

Got to the Mitel Networks forum, they will get to you faster over there. I would help, but I haven't worked on a Mitel sense the 80's.

Something is not adding up for me in your description. Come over to the Mitel forum where you'll get more exposure.
