Mitel Mobile extension client provisioning

Does anyone have an idea on how to provision Mobile extension 1.6 clients successfully? Provisioning keeps failing and theres no information in the logs or Mitel documentation that helps?, Using MSL 8.3.24.0 and Mobile extension 1.6.117.0 in server gateway mode, all 3300 configuration is done and working, ME App is configured according to Mitel documentation mobile client Server URL is resolvable internally and externally

The basic mobile extension functionality is there ie ME works I just cant get the client provisioning to work, any ideas?.
