Has anyone experienced a PRI issue with Spectrum? We have a MiVoice Office 250 ver 6.2 with 1 PRI and approximately 52 - 5220 IP phones. There is not a lot of traffic as most users are working out of the office, some forwarding to cell phones. The problem is when an internal user is on an inbound call, the call will drop between 2 to 3 minutes. The internal user hers dial tone and external caller hears a fast busy. This happen on most inbound calls, the few users in the office haven't notice it on outbound calls. SMDR indicates " call terminated by trunk". Spectrum is saying that they are getting a disconnect from the phone system. I have confirmed the signaling with Spectrum.
