Mitel MiVoice 250 (5000) with PS1 Server

Hello Everyone,

Looking for some suggestion to resolve Mitel SIP trunk issue. We have Mitel MBG 9.4 that run excessive jitter alarms for every call. Ruled out Mitel 5000 by adding PS1 and still experiencing same audio quality issue. Checked ISP (Level 3) 100 up/down no problems with vendor. Level 3 checked connection from their circuit to our SIP provider no packet loss or latency. So everything is pointing at Mitel MBG as root cause of problem. Does anyone have suggestions or know how to resolve these alarms.

Appreciate any help or suggestions!

 
MBG running at 10mb instead of 100 on the network side (auto speed not working? Faulty NIC. Faulty switch port. Run a wireshark on port and look for problems. QOS not on the network. Jitter is usually a network problem. Could be as far back as the firewall.
 
Also make sure the server is up to the job, check the system monitor and make sure its not using any disk swap, in fact take a screen shot of the System Information screen and show us it will tell us a lot

If its not broke tweak it..
