Looking for some suggestion to resolve Mitel SIP trunk issue. We have Mitel MBG 9.4 that run excessive jitter alarms for every call. Ruled out Mitel 5000 by adding PS1 and still experiencing same audio quality issue. Checked ISP (Level 3) 100 up/down no problems with vendor. Level 3 checked connection from their circuit to our SIP provider no packet loss or latency. So everything is pointing at Mitel MBG as root cause of problem. Does anyone have suggestions or know how to resolve these alarms.
