Mitel MiVO 470 user accessible speed dial list

I can go into the phone book, but we cannot enter personal speed dials. Is there a way to enable speed dial/ personal directory for the users?

Each user should be able to create own personal directory list (50 by default) via web interface login...

Program additional key on the phone -> Mode: Function -> Function: Phone book:Local -> enter key name, Apply.
Press the button and you will have option to search or add new contacts...
