MItel MICC can't access CCMweb

Hi All
I've upgraded to SQL enterprise. But I've faced the attached error when I try to access CCMweb (Mitel contact center management)

any thoughts how to fix this.

Try to run the installer again.
Then you probably need to select the "new" database.

I've run the CC management configuration wizard.

still, nothing changed.

What sql have you upgraded ? (the onboard one or is it external)

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

CCM version is 7.0.1
SQL 2008

I've installed new SQL Enterprise version 2008 on the same server, and then the Configuration Wizard and select the new DB.
