Hello. Has anyone encountered this error..

Generic forms application server: Insufficient memory, please try again later. This is the error message when attempting to change a button mapping on the Multiline Set Key Assignment form.

Here is the software warning message..

UATK_MEMORY: uatk_allocatePools(64) - not enough free memory (16334848) to extend chunks (9)

What has been done to rectify this. The MCD is just two years old. Thanks

Is it set to recover recources every night. Have you tried a reboot?

I am not sure if it is set to recover resources nightly. How would I check for that? We did a reboot. While that solved the initial problem I am more concerned with the long term stability of the controller. Thoughts?

What software version are you running?
Is this system part of a custer and do you have data sharing setup?
Extended SDS (GDM)
If so try disabling the group reporting (passthrough)
As there was some memeory leak probems in Rel 4.0
