Mitel MAS version 4.0 -Can't edit/delete user/service for UC mobile

I get the below error when trying to delete or edit a user on my MAS:
No Users Deleted.



Failed to delete User Jeremy Wiesner.



The delete operation was aborted.



Error fetching the user data. Account with uuid [503d6ff1-e74f-4d1d-8b8c-363b38141dcf] does not exist.

-any of my fellow techs out there seen this before ?

I have seen the error before. I think all I did was clear the browser cache.
Also: is Single point provisioning enabled?
