Hello. Does anyone know of a way to upload a .wav file into a general user mailbox on the NuPoint? We have several general mailboxes on the system for our remote sites that require a standard greeting. Rather than set them up and record the same message X 20 via the TUI we would like to upload a pre-recorded .wav file as you can do with Call Director. Thanks for any input you can provide!!
