Hello,
Wondering if anyone has experienced similar issues with the Mitel Management Studio.
It seems that sometimes the calls are not being recorded because they are being flagged as Internal Calls.
We have too many internal calls that we don't want to congest the system with recording all calls.
Also, when a call is transferred from our Reception it gets flagged as Internal and doesn't get recorded as well.
Please help.
