We seem to have lost our Intelligent Queue Smart Choice layer Exit code from the IQ. Have tested connection between IQ and CCM and seems fine.
Syncing Data from the 3300 is fine.
This happened after we shut down all our systems as a precaution due to a AC failure in our Comms room.
Another thing I noticed was the PrairieFyre Data processor service keeps stopping each time I log off from the CCM server.
