Mitel IP phones model 5312 not working

I carried-out a new installation and upgraded the software to Mi9VB8.0 SP3 on MXe III, the connection is through the Client Sverver though the DSCP server on the Controller is enabled. The problem is all 5312 IP Phones are not booting up. On screen displays (Waiting for DHCP, NEXT vlan 4 PRI 530, NEXT DHCP Discovery, NEXT DHCP Timed out) But all other Mitel IP Phone models are working. On DHCP lease viewer, the phone is information are were (server reserved). I need an urgent solution to make the 5312 IP Phones work.

Statically assign or use teleworker settings to point phone at controller

Just an FYI, some of the latest software allows connection without firmware upgrade. This is a configurable setting
